Steve Farrar

Steve Farrar is the founder Men’s Leadership Ministries. He is the author of the best-selling book, Point Man: How a Man Can Lead His Family. With half a million copies in print, Point Man was the catalyst for Steve leaving the pastorate after fifteen years and focusing his ministry on equipping men for spiritual leadership.

Roland Warren

Before joining National Fatherhood Initiative, Roland Warren worked as a financial consultant for Goldman Sachs in Philadelphia, PA. He has also worked as an Associate Director of Development for his undergraduate alma mater, Princeton University, and in management positions for both IBM and PepsiCo. Prior to his current position, he had served as a member of National Fatherhood Initiative's board of directors. Roland received his MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He and his wife, Yvette, have two sons.
