Most men rated their marriage positively

Why this matters

The data states that over 80% of men rated the present state of their marriage as either good or godly. Over 50% of the total group surprisingly shared that they actually had a “godly marriage.” Are Christian marriages stronger than ever, or are Christian men disconnected from reality and overly optimistic regarding the present state of their marriage? The first step in real growth for a married man is to acknowledge the need to develop as a husband.

Note: Staff at FamilyLife state that their research shows men rate their marriages 2–3 points higher than their wives on a scale of 1–10.

Survey prompt: We asked Christian men to rate the state of their own marriage in 2018.
