Why this matters

Mentoring is the intentional investment of one man into another. Both the mentor and the mentee agree on the goals and objectives of the mentoring. Both also agree on expectations, and one of those is frequency of meeting. When over 1,200 Christian men responded with their preference regarding frequency, over 84 percent stated weekly or bi-weekly. This is consistent with the intentionality involved in one man investing in another man. In most cases, this type of mentoring is for a season and thus is intentional for a short period of time.

Survey question: If you were to meet and mentor another man or be spiritually mentored by another man, how often would you prefer to meet for this purpose?
