Why this matters

Most men would agree that men and women are equal, but what does that mean? The men surveyed agreed that men and women are equal because both were created in God’s image. But what does this mean when it comes to leadership in the home and church? This survey tells us that the 907 men who responded—and who attend off-site men’s conferences—believe that gender matters and that men should be the primary leaders in the home and church. Only a small percentage believe that the most gifted person should be the leader.

Survey question: What do you believe the Bible states regarding men, women and leadership?
