It is May 22 – reading Proverbs 22. First verse is powerful: ”Choose a good reputation over great riches; being held in high esteem is better than silver or gold.”
Have you ever slowed down and taken a look at your life and asked yourself, if I died today, what would be said at my funeral?
How will people remember you? What would be your L.E.G.A.C.Y.?
Here are some hints toward being a man that leaves a strong, godly legacy.
L – Let go of the past – it’s hard to move forward while looking behind you.
E – Example – be one; be that guy that others want to follow.
G – Grow Everyday – as a man of God; train yourself to be godly.
A – Accessible – to your family and to others; be Available and Approachable
C – Change – make the changes you can make right now. Don’t put them off!
Y – You – be yourself, but be the best you that you can be – created in God’s Image
