Greg Smalley

Greg Smalley is president of Smalley Marriage. He also serves at the chairman of the board of the National Marriage Association. Dr. Smalley has a doctoral degree in clinical psychology and holds a masters degrees from Denver Seminary. He appears on television and radio programs, including Focus on the Family and has published over 100 articles on parenting and relationship issues for Living with Teenagers, Shine, Homes of Honor, Christian Parenting Today, ParentLife, HonorBound. He and his father, Gary Smalley, are the coauthors of a book for parents of teenagers, Bound By Honor. He is also the coauthor of Winning Your Wife Back and Men's R6elational Toolbox.


Marlon Smith

Marlon Smith is on a mission. He graduated from the University of Virginia with a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering. As a college student, Marlon's proudest moment came when he founded Street Academics, a high school youth mentoring program, where college students provided student leadership development for younger students. This was the beginning of Marlon's life-long commitment to making a positive difference with his life.

As a keynote motivational speaker, Marlon has been blessed with opportunities to inspire, teach and motivate thousands of individuals in 45 states and 14 countries throughout the world. Because of his unique presentation style and inspirational messages, Marlon has traveled abroad on numerous speaking tours throughout the former Soviet Union (in Moscow, Gorney-Altay, Kazakhstan), Canada, Mexico, Japan, England, the Caribbean, Botswana, LeSotho, Ghana, Swaziland, Australia, and South Africa.


Doug Spada

Doug Spada is Founder and CEO of WorkLife, Inc. (formerly His Church At Work) based in Atlanta, GA. The mission of WorkLife is to empower people to practice an effective life at work. Doug uses his unique professional and military experience to speak nationally on God’s plan and purpose for our work as well as the role of business and church in that plan.

Doug, a decorated Navy veteran, served during the cold war onboard US Navy fast–attack nuclear submarines. He was an instructor at the Navy’s top–secret nuclear training facility at the Idaho National Engineering Laboratory. Doug has received numerous commendations including an Admiral’s Citation and the Navy Achievement Medal during his career.

Doug resides in Atlanta, GA with his wife, Tricia, and their sons Ryan and Brayden.


T. C. Stallings


T.C. was born in Cleveland, Ohio.  He began performing at a young age in school and church plays. At age 12, T.C.’s passions shifted to the game of football.  After stunning football campaigns in both high school (Bedford High/Ohio) and college (University of Louisville/KY), T.C. went on to play professionally in the Arena, Europe, and Canadian leagues.  Following his success in athletics, T.C.’s desires shifted to a career in film and television. T.C. auditioned and immediately landed a spot on “King of the Jungle”, a reality show on the family oriented network “Animal Planet”.  He went on to win the show and was rewarded with an opportunity to host a 1-hour special about Koalas on the network.  A few years later T.C. competed in the AMTC (Actors, Models, and Talent for Christ) and was a finalist for Best Overall Male Actor. Following this great achievement, T.C. landed the role of “T.J.” in the hit movie “Courageous” which was his major motion picture debut. His individual performance grabbed the attention of a veteran agent in Hollywood which ultimately led to T.C.'s relocation to Los Angeles. He quickly landed three additional roles in films and also added modeling to his resume, most notably with Russell Athletic. T.C. regularly travels the country as a speaker and Christian minister and has been licensed in ministry since 2003. He has recently joined the staff of Crossroads Church, Corona, California as College Pastor.


T.C. is married to Levette Stallings and has two children.


Chuck Stecker

Chuck Stecker is the President and Founder of A Chosen Generation and has recently written a book for parents and leaders about Rites of Passage entitled, Men of Honor & Women of Virtue, Raising Kids to Keep the Faith. Chuck previously served in key leadership positions as an Army Lieutenant Colonel including three years on the Joint Staff in the Pentagon. After his retirement, he served with Promise Keepers for three years as a Regional Director. He is a contributing author to Effective Men’s Ministry and serves as an adjunct professor at Denver Seminary. He and his family live in Littleton, CO.


Doug Stevens

Doug Stevens is co-founder and executive director of The Leadership Connection which provides coaching for pastors and other leaders engaged in challenging Kingdom ventures in diverse communities. He has been a pastor, youth minister, and a college professor…serving in Northern California, Southern Arizona, and New England. His assignments have taken him to Mexico, Haiti, Costa Rica, Colombia, China, Cambodia, Bosnia/Croatia, East Africa, Israel/Palestine, as well as South Central LA, and urban SF Bay Area. Doug has also been instrumental in gathering Christians from all backgrounds for conversations that focus on discerning the dynamics of culture, reaching the next generation, experiencing God in everyday life, and empowering the poor.


Randy Stinson

Randy Stinson is the Senior Vice President for Academic Administration & Provost at The

Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, KY. He also serves as the Senior Fellow

of the Council on Biblical Manhood and Womanhood.

A recognized authority on the subject of biblical manhood and womanhood, Stinson is a regular

conference speaker on the subjects of parenting, marriage, and men's leadership. He is the co-

author of A Guide to Biblical Manhood and co-editor of Trained in the Fear of God: Family

Ministry in Theological, Historical, and Practical Perspective.

In his spare time, he enjoys hunting, fishing, and encourages his children in their pursuits of

baseball, tennis, and lacrosse.

He and his wife, Danna, have been married for 23 years and have eight children: Gunnar and

Georgia, Fisher, Eden, Payton, Spencer, Willa, and Brewer.

John Stonestreet

John Stonestreet is a Speaker and President of the Chuck Colson Center for Christian Worldview. He is a gifted communicator on areas of faith and culture, theology, worldview, education, and apologetics, and is a sought-after speaker at conferences, colleges, churches, schools, and other various gatherings each year.He is the co-host with Eric Metaxas of BreakPoint, the Christian worldview radio program founded by the late Chuck Colson, and the voice of The Point, a daily national radio feature on worldview, apologetics and cultural issues.  He also serves as a Senior Content Advisor for Summit Ministries in Manitou Springs, Colorado.

John holds degrees from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School (Illinois) and Bryan College (Tennessee), and is the co-author of Making Sense of Your World: A Biblical Worldview (Sheffield Press).

He and his wife Sarah have three daughters and a dog, and live in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

Jeff Struecker

Jeff is a decorated member of the U.S. Army's most elite fighting corps, Jeff Struecker was prominently featured in the national best-seller "Black Hawk Down", later made into a major motion picture.

In the streets of Mogadishu, Somalia, Jeff was faced with his greatest fears. He was forced to rely on his skills and his "bullet-proof faith" to bring him through some of the most intense combat the U.S. Military has seen since the Vietnam War.
