Dan Erickson is Co-Founder of People Matter Ministries and the author of ‘Finding Your Greater Yes’ and 'God Loves Do-Overs'. He has more than 35 years of ministerial experience including serving as pastor of four churches, as Regional Director with Promise Keepers, and as the first Executive Director of the National Coalition of Men's Ministries.

Impact Ministries was born in the heart of Ken Adams, senior pastor of Crossroads church in Newnan, Ga. Ken has a passion for being a disciple of Christ and pouring his life into others who have a desire to walk as Jesus walked.


Pete Alwinson

Pete Alwinson has spent his adult life developing and speaking to men as a church planter, lead-pastor, seminary adjunct professor and on the radio for over thirty years.  He’s the Executive Director of FORGE, a city-wide ministry of Man in the Mirror in Orlando, Florida.  Pastimes include hiking 14’ers in Colorado, working out and hunting.  Pete has been married to Caron for 37 years and together they have three grown children, two wonderful daughters-in-law and four perfect grandchildren who call him “Chief”.

Robert Amaya

Robert is most recently known for his role as "Javier" in the new Sherwood film "Courageous". He felt humbled and honored playing this character because it reminded him of his own father's struggles to survive in a new country with a family.

Robert is a bilingual professional actor/singer from Miami, Fla. Robert volunteers as a worship leader and children's ministry actor at his church. He helped launch and organize "FamJamz," a family ministry based on the "Think Orange" concept where families are encouraged to worship together and parents are equipped to be more involved in their children's spiritual development.

Stan Archie

Stan is the co-founder and Senior Pastor of Christian Fellowship Baptist Church Kansas City, MO. He serves as the President and CEO of Christian Fellowship Ministries which is committed to the revitalization of the urban community which goal is to establish self-sufficient and self-sustaining communities. Stan is a regular and national speak to colleges and universities throughout the country and is committed to seeing men reach and serve their communities through their walk and talk. 

Barney Barnes


John R. “Barney” Barnes has over 40 years of leadership and management experience including over 25 years of leadership in Military and Civilian Law Enforcement. While assigned to Navy Headquarters he served on the Board of Directors of the Luke C. Moore Academy, an alternative high school in Washington, DC. Chief Barnes served with Dorchester County Sheriff Ray Nash from January of 1997 until he retired as Chief of Staff in January 2009.


Voddie Baucham

Voddie Baucham currently serves as Pastor of Preaching at Grace Family Baptist Church in Spring, TX. He has served as an adjunct professor at the College of Biblical Studies in Houston, TX, and Union University in Jackson, TN. Voddie’s area of emphasis is Cultural Apologetics. He understands what it means to be a skeptic, and knows what it’s like to try to figure out the Christian life without relying on the traditions of men. As a result, he speaks to ‘outsiders’ in ways few Bible teachers can. He is the author of six books.
