Steve Farrar

Steve Farrar is the founder Men’s Leadership Ministries. He is the author of the best-selling book, Point Man: How a Man Can Lead His Family. With half a million copies in print, Point Man was the catalyst for Steve leaving the pastorate after fifteen years and focusing his ministry on equipping men for spiritual leadership.

Bill Farrel

Bill Farrel is the Pastor of Small Groups at Shadow Mountain Community Church in El Cajon, California. He has co-authored numerous books with his wife, Pam, including, Men are Like Waffles, Women are Like Spaghetti (Harvest House) and their newest book Red Hot Monogamy. Bill has also written Devotions for Men on the Go (co-authored with Steven Arteburn).


Bruce Fong

Dr Bruce Fong is the Dean of Dallas Theological Seminary-Houston and Professor of Pastoral Ministries BS, Western Baptist College, 1973; ThM, Dallas Theological Seminary, 1978; PhD, University of Aberdeen, 1993.


Ministering at the intersection of parachurch, pastoral, and academic ministry, Dr. Fong is committed to teaching God’s Word “to anyone and everyone who will lend him an ear.” By serving as the Dean of DTS Houston and Professor of Pastoral Ministries, he is excited to minister to and train the next generation of Christian leaders. Dr. Fong and his wife, Yvonne, have five children (three children plus two in-law children that he and his wife love so much that they are counted as their own). He enjoys the outdoors and spending time with his family.


Rick Fry

Rick Fry has served in ministry for 28 years and has traveled across the country ministering by way of seminars, conferences, camps, worship summits and leadership training. He has multiple worship CDs and with his wife, Cindy, helped to launch U-Turn, a youth ministry model of church ministry. Rick presently serves as the senior pastor of East Bay Foursquare Church in Danville, CA.
